It is often necessary for owners and lawyers to obtain an up to date statement of the registered particulars relating to their ship.

For this it is only necessary for the owner or his representatives to email a request to the registrar who will immediately prepare a transcript verifying the registered particulars and all mortgages current at the time of the enquiry.

On a vessel leaving the register the registrar will issue a closed transcript showing the registry entries in Bermuda closed.
